Copper Powder Grease
This product is a cupreous paste composed of high quality mineral base oils, mineral thickener and very fine pure copper powder as solid lubricant, suitable for lubrication in applications with very high temperature.
This product is suitable for lubrication of threads, contact surfaces and bolted joints subject to high temperatures (650 to 1100 °C) and corrosive conditions or applications which after assembling and initial operation have to be retightened or disconnected. It can be used successfully for cylinder head bolts, nozzle head screws of plastic injection molding machines, bolted joints in the chemical industry and for the tension rings of centrifuge equipment.
To avoid any unwanted change in specifications and performance it must not be mixed with other greases or oils.
This product is delivered in NLGI grade 2 but can be produced in other grades as per request of costumers. The values shown here are typical of current production figure and may vary within modest range.
