Aluminum Complex Grease for Drilling Applications
This product is an environment friendly, double–duty drill collar & tool joint lubricant formulated to provide a superior level of performance for the increasing demands of today oilfield market. The lead-free formulation contains copper flake as the only metallic component and is fortified by a unique blend of anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives along with graphite.
This product is recommended for the entire drill string of crude geothermal wells, high angle holes, problematic holes involving high temperatures, whip stocks, and horizontal drilling applications. It prevents high stress in drill pipe connections under high temperatures and pressures resulting in welding, increasing their service life.
This product is delivered in NLGI grade 1 but can be produced in other grades as per request of costumers. The values shown here are typical of current production figure and may vary within modest range.
